ABOUT | A rarity from frozen grapes. Healthy Muller Thurgau and Riesling grapes, picked in the frozen state, were used to craft this delicious nectar with delicate sweet- ness, fine honey aromas and harmonious acidity.  TASTING NOTES | Apple, pear, peach and guava.  FOOD PAIRINGS | Blue cheese, goose liver, cakes and chocolate desserts.  VINIFICATION | The frozen grapes were hand-picked at a temperature -10°C. The fermentation process was very slow and lasted almost 2 months.
